We are proud to say that we are the first Academy in Madurai to teach Field archery and provide opportunities to compete in district, state, nationals and in international events. Archery is the sport, practice or skill of using a bow to propel arrows. Historically, archery has been used for hunting and combat. In modern times, it is mainly a competitive sport and recreational activity. A person who participates in archery is typically called an archer or a bowman, and a person who is fond of or an expert at archery is sometimes called a toxophilite. Our Auroville Archery Sessions are customized to cater the need of an individual. It starts from children from 7 years of Age and up to corporates. It increases cardiovascular activity, develops hand eye co-ordination, enhances math skills, increases special and body awareness, encourages social interaction, builds self-esteem. We are deep into Field Archery because of its Traditional Values and enjoy the real pleasure of Archery with adventurous efforts.
